Explore. Observe. Connect. My motto.
The more I live by it, the more I see how strong and life-changing it is. In the next three posts, I will dig into it, step by step. Starting today with Explore.
LET GO
Forget it all. Forget who you are. Forget who you want to be. Forget what has been. How much can you forget of yourself, of your beliefs, of your limits, of your culture, of your world? Forget your excuses. Don't try to explain. Don’t try to justify. Don't compare. Don't judge. Don't complain. Let go and open yourself. When you think you are there, double down. Can you leave your ego totally behind? Convert yourself into a blank canvas, literally. Double down. Go there. And beyond. This is a never-ending quest. You will always have room to let go. Be courageous. Forget. Let go.
PREPARE
The more room you leave to your senses, the better. Be open. When was the last time you really felt? Waking up each of your senses? Don’t forget, again, there is always a next level. When you think you are there, double down. There are more senses available to living beings like the capacity to detect electric or magnetic fields, infrared radiations, polarized light, fire, and more, much more. Buddhists have a sixth sense: the mind. What about intuition? Go there. Listen to all these cues you are not used to. Be intentional. Slow the time and feel.
That will be challenging at the beginning, but you know, because you have seen it, that senses can be developed in such unexpected ways, as any other skill. You just need to practice. Consistently. Purposefully.
You won't be able to capture all the information out there, at least consciously. Only a tiny part. That's OK. Your body will. Your soul will. Your mind is your limit, for now. But it will learn if you are ready to play. Your job is to let go and leave fully open your body, mind, and soul.
GO
Once you feel ready, with your perception skills fully alert, go out there, for adventure and discovery. And in there. Exploring is not only outwards. Actually, it is mostly inwards. The wider your approach, the better. Again, your only limit is your mind. Your only limit is your ego. Be proactive, go for it. Feel this energy within you pushing you to go beyond. Outwards and inwards. In all directions, like an explosion. Deep inside.
Don’t forget. You can always go beyond. No limits. Go there. Double down. Create the conditions to explore more, for even more adventure and more discovery. Open yourself and wonder. Lose yourself. You will only have truly explored if you got lost.
Ready. Let's go. Breathe. Slow time. Breathe. The Universe is waiting for you.
Explore.
Explore. Observe. Connect.
